3. Digital Product Delivery
After purchase, you will receive instant access via email with download links or Canva template links. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address and can access the files.
4. License & Usage Rights (PLR + MRR Products)
For products sold with Master Resell Rights (MRR) and/or Private Label Rights (PLR):
You may edit, rebrand, and customize the products
You may resell them and keep 100% of the profits
You may add them to your own bundles, memberships, or client offers
Important Restrictions:
You must create your own shareable Canva links before reselling any Canva templates. Do not share the original access links provided to you.
You may not resell or redistribute the products in a way that competes directly with Side Hustle Girls Club without written permission.
Specific license details are provided with each product.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products (instant access and delivery), we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the products in accordance with the license granted
Not share original Canva links or access credentials
Not claim the products as your own original creation when reselling (if rebranding is allowed)
Comply with all applicable laws

All original content on this website and in our products remains the intellectual property of Side Hustle Girls Club or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you the specific rights outlined in the license — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
